Repairs

We offer free repairs for life on all beaded stretch bracelets.

If your bracelet breaks or overstretches, we’ll repair it at no cost.

Return shipping is covered for the first year after purchase.
Leather Bracelets

Leather bracelets are eligible for a one-time free replacement in the event of breakage or malfunction.
Custom Orders

All custom or personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable.

We will still honor our repair policy for custom pieces if breakage or defects occur.
